Lidia

For Lidia, also known as Lidiix and the human behind The Inner Link, life gets interesting where different worlds collide — movement, music, breath, technology, curiosity. Mix them and things start to spark.

Yoga is where many of those pieces meet. Her practice is all about strength, flow and breath. It keeps the body strong, the mind clearer, and occasionally saves her from spending too much time inside her own head. During the day, she works in IT project management, navigating systems, timelines and the occasional spreadsheet jungle. Outside work, you will probably find her writing, hanging around yoga studios, or somewhere near a good electronic music set.

Writing has recently become another playground. Through The Inner Link, she shares thoughts on movement, health and inner development. It is a space to connect ideas, experiences and a bit of curiosity about how we humans actually work.

Lidia completed her 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training at Yoga Den Amsterdam with teachers Nino Mendes, Xinia Alderson and Nick Presser. Her first taste of teaching came earlier, during a Vinyasa Detroit Flow teacher training, where the mix of music and movement made immediate sense.

She discovered yoga in 2015 after earlier chapters in movement, practicing karate in Portugal and fencing as a child in France. In 2019, she dove deeper into the discipline and beauty of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method, which still influences the way she practices and teaches today.

In the end, Lidia is mostly fascinated by one thing. What happens when breath, movement and attention meet? Usually, something shifts. Sometimes something clicks. And every now and then… a little magic shows up.

Monika

Monika discovered yoga in 2016, and it quickly became a central part of her life. She earned her first 200 RYT yoga certification in India and 300 RYT in Europe, blending Eastern precision with Western playfulness in her teaching. Her journey has been enriched by amazing teachers from around the globe who have inspired her deeply.

Monika’s classes reflect her passion for yoga’s transformative power. She aims to share the knowledge and inspiration she has gained, believing the world needs more yogis! Yoga has made her stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat. She strives to elevate her students’ vibrations and enhance body awareness, focus, and mental clarity.

Monika hopes her classes leave you feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced, and she loves to see her students shine after practice!

Eline

Eline’s training in Rocket and Vinyasa yoga, along with her amazing teachers, has deepened her own practice and started a passion for sharing all that yoga has taught her—not just the asana. She sees the benefits of yoga everywhere, from her work to her personal life, and she truly believes the world could use more yogis! She especially enjoys teaching dynamic vinyasa flows that include movement principles, focus on the breath and backbends (who doesn't love a good backbend after a long day at a desk, phone or TV? 😊). She loves to challenge her students at their own level, whether it means encouraging them to try more demanding poses or guiding them towards more softness.

Dora

Dora's yoga journey began over 15 years ago, fueled by her passion for outdoor sports like kite-surfing, skiing, mountain tracking, and running. However, it wasn't until 8 years ago, while living in Australia, that she discovered her first Yoga teacher and fell in love with the practice in a whole new way.

As a student and now a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Dora believes that Yoga is a journey of continuous growth. In her practice, she enjoys exploring the delicate balance between striving towards a goal and letting go of past achievements.
